Welcome to my eportfolio! My name is Naomi Dawson. I am excited to use this electronic tool to represent myself as a student and person. I am from Keene, New Hampshire and have lived there my whole life with my mom and dad. I am an only child, but not really because I have a dog named Rizzo (yes, named after the movie Grease) who is basically my sibling. I am known by my friends as a “girly-girl” because in my free time I love to do things like go shopping and get my nails done. I also love to be outside spending time with my friends by swimming and hiking. My favorite place in the world is the ocean and spend as much time as I can there. I often get a lot of questions as to why I chose my major – Medical-Biology with a pre-dental destination. When I was a little girl, my teeth were very crooked and I used to be picked on, which was hurtful and really crushed my self-esteem. But when I was old enough to get braces my life completely changed for the better. I have always loved the idea of helping people have beautiful smiles. I am so excited to be here, one step closer to achieving my goal to become an Orthodontist.
